This carrier appears to be well-made and would work well for dogs up to 10--maybe 12--pounds. The top opening is far smaller than the one on the Sherpa bag I have, and the entire bag is small. My dog--18 pounds--can sit up with her head and torso outside the bag, but it would be cruel to try to squish her in the bag. My medium Sherpa bag fits her perfectly, but it's rigid and doesn't fold down when not needed. The ASPCA bag will fold down flat, which can be convenient, but it doesn't hold its shape well. Still looking for the perfect pet carrier. . . .

This bag is great looking, rec'd many comments on it. It's too bad that the frame is so flexible, but I guess that"s another feature. The bag completely lays flat when not in use. My cat seemed to enjoy this carrier because it gave him more height to turn around.
Best Uses: Airline Travel In Cabin, Vet visits
Cons: Frame Could Be Firmer, No wheels
Pros: 3 Exterior Pockets, Light Weight, like the height
