“Quality and fit not as expected”

“[...] I was looking forward to these hats. I ordered the black shearing hat for my husband and measured his head size and ordered according to his measurement, but the large was still not large enough. This applied to the other hat where I ordered according to the measured head size and the medium was too snug. If it had been a matter of size only I would have returned for a larger size, but there were no X-large anyway. Because of the poor quality, I returned both hats. Considering they were made in Turkey, I expected better quality. I spent some time in the Mid-East and brought back several shearling products which were much thicker, more durable and better made. I was very disappointed.”
