Aston Shearling Coat - Spanish Merino Suede (For Women)

I bought 3 Aston coats to choose from, and this one was way too big in the shoulders. So, I exchanged it for the next size down, but then the hip area was too tight when buttoned up. So, had to return it.

I am very very happy with this amazing coat..I saw similar coats more than double the price I paid for and the quality and softness were not even comparable to the Aston coat. I've been asked on the street by strangers as to where I got it..I recommend it...thousands of times..

I ordered first the coat in Santa Fe color, and was so pleased with my first coat that decided to order the second one in a different color (dark brown). I however was very disappointed and had to return the second coat ( Dark brown)-uneven color ouside and inside, poor finish of the hood, loose buttons, spots around the pockets-not nearly the quality of the first one. Just can not hit the Jackpot twice :) The Santa Fe color, however, - is a beautiful color, finish, and fit.

This coat was a big disappointment - I thought I was getting a nice warm winter coat, but this thing was THIN and would only qualify for a cool fall day. Very pretty design, but it won't keep you warm!

This is quite possibly the most stunningly stylish and beautiful coat {Womens} that I have ever layed eyes on...Certainly the finest I have ever purchaced for any woman... The meticulous hand stitched seams really accent this coat and makes it truly unique. The Quality of the Merino lamb skin is unequalled..Running your fingers over the outer leather equates to the softness of A horse's nose....The wool on the inside is not coarse like the American Lambswool coats by Aston, It is like the fine Mouton you usually only find on expensive coat collars but the entire inside of the coat is of this esquisite quality of fleece...I canot imagine anyone being the least bit cold while wearing this apparel or not standing out in A crowd... Absolutely stunning from hood to bottom... My fine wife couldn't be more pleased...I just hope they sell out before my mother-in-law sees it!!!

For the retail price, verses what STP is asking, well, it's one of the best deals I've ever seen. The only complaint I have, and it's minor, is that the inside taping around the hood seems to not be finished very well, and a few other inside seams aren't finished off. But heck, that's on the INSIDE, no-one will see. The outside is beautiful. All the stitching is perfect there. So light yet so warm. I did go up a size because I'm large on top (36 D AND wide shoulders) so I have enough room thru shoulders but it's not form-fitting like the pic shows. Who cares? Beautiful coat, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for 100% real shearling lambskin at a ridiculous price, so soft I thought it was fake, but its NOT. Plenty of room for a sweater too. GET IT.

Exclusive materials and workmanship! This is a beautiful coat that will last forever. I'd call the fit roomy, perhaps half a size too big; if you want the princess fit, you'd probably have to order a size down. The cut is straight rather than fitted as in the picture. Plenty of room for sweaters underneath. I'm very impressed with the quality of this coat and the light, soft, warm leather.
