“a few surprises”

“This dark brown coat is beautiful. Two things that I was surprised and disappointment by, though, were that there were no "bone" buttons as had been described in the ad (they were manufactured buttons, but they still looked fine). The other disappointment was that in each of the two main coat pockets there is about a one to one and a half inch "hole" or gap in the sewing (you could put a finger or two through it). I'm hoping that I'll be able to find a thick thread and needle to go through the shearling layers and just finish the sewing. Because of the pocket holes, I was seriously thinking of returning the coat, but because the coat is so beautiful and (though expensive to me) is still a bargain for a shearling coat, I decided to keep it. I would have ranked this with five stars but for these couple of "problems."”
