When first putting it on, it's bulk seems a bit much. But it's very comfortable, lightweight, and rides low the way I like it. I paddled my kayak with it the other day and it didn't get in the way at all - lots of underarm room for paddling. I expect this PDF to last for years.

This was easy to adjust and fits well. Doesn't ride up and doesn't hinder paddling. The front could be less bulky, however I do like that it has pockets on the front that zip in.

I'm a 5'5" 130lb female, and the small/medium fits nice, though I am about at the end of the adjustment straps (so if you were smaller than me, this might be too big for you.) Seems very comfortable, though I haven't tried it on a long paddle yet. I like that it is hydration compatible-there's a pocket on the back panel that you could put a bladder in. 4 pockets on the front, too, for putting food, keys and small items in.

I am always sailing, canoeing, kayaking, and sculling. This jacket will allow me to move better, keep cooler, and be safe.

I got this jacket for sailing---I needed something with pockets for winch handles and I wanted a vest that could take a hydration bladder. The pockets are great and the low-profile back makes it easy to duck under the boom. I haven't used the hydration option yet because it turns out you have to either a) buy the company's hydration system for it or b) rig your own out of parts (it doesn't sit in a pocket in the back, rather it hangs so I can't use my current bladder without some adjustments). So far so good though on the jacket in general, and it seems to fit well (nice and tight, not going anywhere)(I'm 5'9'' and thin, I got the S/M).
