    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    As a woman this turned out to be the most comfortable pfd I have owned. My arms and shoulders were not constricted in any way and the length was great. The "girls" were very comfortable. I ordered a second as I am on the water constantly and go through a lot of gear.
