Atelier Herringbone Skirt with Sequin Embroidery - Wool-Rich (For Women)

This is a versatile skirt that can be worn many ways depending on if you are going out or going to work. Looks great with knee high black boots. I received compliments the first day I wore it. Well made, good quality fabric and workmanship. I'm very pleased.

Absolutely beautiful and well-made wool skirt, fully lined. I ordered a 6 as sometimes I can wear a 6 and sometimes an 8, but the 6 is a bit snug so I am exchanging for an 8. I plan to wear this to work with suede boots and it would also work for a dinner or evening out. The tulle edging along the bottom is so pretty and a nice contrast to the herringbone pattern. LOVE IT!

The detail on this skirt is lovely. The embroidery at the hem has small sequins and beads sewn in; subtle enough to catch the light but not look inappropriate for the office. The no-waistband is a very flattering look for many. The pleats are sewn down 'til just above the knee; again very flattering.The hand to the herringbone fabric is soft. There is a bit of soft black tulle at the bottom of the hem that gives it an updated, current edge. It is repeated at the waist. Overall, this is a really lovely skirt. I bought a 10, which is too big, but I thought that this was such a great skirt that I'd have it taken down to an 8.
