Lightweight fabric that looks substantial and hangs well. VERY comfortable. The color is neutral so these will be versatile in my work wardrobe rotation. I also purchased the atelier "boot cut" slacks in black. LOVE those too, but note that the boot cut is definitely a much wider leg than these. I am a fan of this line.

I am keeping them both, as the slightly blue pair goes with a whole different set of tops from the slightly warm colored pair. I was not pleased with the packing - the pants arrived wrinkled, and one needed a repair of the waist closure. This is most unusual for STA - I have had many shipments in good shape.

Reviewed by Old Blue from Wickenburg, AZ on Monday, July 09, 2012These could have been a great pair of pants but someone decided to cut the material so it has a faint but distinct horizontal stripe (the material has a "wale" like design, almost like a fine wale cordoroy). Too bad as overall they are a great weight with a nice fit
