That can seem kind of strange but if it hits you in the right place, it makes you look pretty curvy in a nice way.

When you put it on, it looks great from the front, but when you turn to the side, the gathering in the back sticks out like a balloon and is very unattractive.

I agree with a previous reviewer that the styling feature on the back of the jacket doesn't look as good on the human body, at least not mine. I debated about sending it back, getting a larger size (this one fits well), and having it tailored so the pleat won't expand. Too much work. Will be sending it back.

I got 6's in all pieces, and I usually wear an 8 so runs large. Sleeve length was great for me and that is a problem sometimes, so sleeves are a bit long also. This is a good looking classy jacket that I expect to be wearing for years.

Reviewed by kcmama from kansas city on Tuesday, December 01, 2009This jacket has a 'band' in the back around the waist area, causing the pleats above the band to bunch up creating a 'hump'. I bought a matching skirt as well which fits very well. Too bad that I had to return them both.
