    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    I spent about $40 on alterations, but still good value since the price was so low. The jacket a little snug across the chest but easy to move buttons/snaps. The skirt was big in the waist and too long, but usually the case since I am short. I plan to wear the jacket over pants because the portrait collar is so flattering.
