Verified Buyer Reviewed by Ke Aiwen from Oakland, CA on Saturday, September 24, 2016This is an attractive bag that's the perfect size for a weeklong trip. Handles well: I appreciate that it can stand on its own, and has handles or grips on all sides for easy stowing.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Phylly from Alaska on Sunday, September 11, 2016I have the Anthalon big suitcase and the carryon and like them both. I bought this bag because it is the perfect size (not too big) for me. I'm currently traveling through Italy and pulling it over lots of stone roads and so far so good!
Reviewed by wordgirl from Massachusetts on Wednesday, March 30, 2016I have two Athalon bags now -- a carry-on and this one. They are tough and well-made, include several small compartments (some zippered), and are easy to spot on the baggage carousel.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by FHC from St. Louis MO. on Sunday, November 1, 2015Worked well and stored a lot of my stuff during my travel to Kenya Africa on many different types of planes. One issue is some of the stitching is fraying.
Reviewed by Lee from NJ on Friday, July 18, 2014I bought this for my husband for our trip to Seattle/cruise to Alaska. He usually hauls a duffel but we were moving around and I knew he needed to upgrade to wheels. He loves it. The material seems very durable. We only used it on this trip, but we went to Seattle for a few days and then off to the cruise and flew back home. No rips, tears, zippers were fine as was the handle. I bought the Columbia rolling bag which I also reviewed and though it is a nice bag it has no give and wasn't for me. This bag, the material gives a little to stuff it AND another point the Columbia bag didn't have, this bag zips around the top 3 sides around,(the Columbia zipped straight up and down so you couldn't open it fully) which allows you to really place your clothes and other items within AND to see what you actually have in there. We didn't unpack in Seattle so that was a definite plus. All in all the Athalon brand has impressed me. We have a carry-on wheeled Victorinox and this reminded me of that. I'm going to try and get this bag in a larger size for me, the packrat.
