Great floataion and for a gal who is 5'1'' and around 125#'s they are very comfortable to hike in! Poles and the carry bag just top it off!

Answer You can wear warm hiking boots or snow boots. You will just want something waterproof and warm with warm socks and also gaitors to keep the snow out of your pants.
