    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    These binding offer the best of both worlds. Touring and Downhilling and at an affordable price. They are sized one size too big however. I had to send the Large size back and get a medium and I were a 28.5 mondo. Also they need SKI BRAKES.

    Great binding for the money. I installed them myself and would recommend a ski shop to install them. they are just a bit more complicated than a downhill binding, but i got them to work just fine. They work great on the mountain and where easy to adjust as your hiking.
