“Although this is a wonderfully light ski and glides well, it's too fragile for real backcountry. Mine cracked on the first day out going uphill and I only weigh 145. I question the "densolite" construction for strength as it's really just a hybrid foam. They climb fairly well, but not great, and are much better suited to rolling meadows, not a logging trail or such.”
