Auclair Boomer Ski Mittens - Waterproof, Thinsulate® (For Men)

Hands froze whenever temps dropped much below freezing (25). I usually wear a large glove and these had too much space/bulk to keep hands warm.

Just opened the box and tried them on. I was really looking forward to these. They look well designed. The inside feels nice both with and without the liner. The palm material is not what I expected and I wonder about the durability, but that is not based on any experience. However, all that is worthless for me because they are TOO SHORT. The girth was snug with the liner but OK. The length wasn't even close enough to fake. I measured my hand girth before ordering and was on the low side of medium, but they are too short for me in both the thumb and the fingers. I'm a slender fellow, but I don't think my hands are particularly unusual. Sadly, they are now sold out of large so I can't exchange them. I'm very disappointed. None of this goes to the quality, but if you are considering this mitten, consider your finger length. As a side note to Sierra Trading Post, perhaps you should consider both length and girth in glove/mitten sizing. You don't size shoes by just girth...

These mittens are very warm and waterproof and a good value. They are bulky and the liner is a little finicky but if you need something for going out in the snow or spending a day on the slopes, they are perfect.

Great mittens at a great price. They are due to be used by a first time skiier and I think they will do a great job. Soft fuzzy liner and long gauntlet

Wow, great mitten for the price. Sits high up on the arm with elastic pulls to prevent snow and cold air from getting into the mitten.

I just got them...they look cool, not sure how they will do on the mountains, but I'm optimistic

The temperature hasn't dropped below 35 yet, but these do seem to work well.
