    These gloves are great for cold weather driving and moderate to cold weather backcountry sports. The price is unbeatable. The only problem is that the grippy dots on the palms do not stand up to abrasion such as you would get when shoveling snow.

    I use these as my daily wear gloves, but these will certainly come with me on my next winter camp. These are warm, warm, warm. My hands tend to have problems staying warm in the winter, but these have done the job. They completely stop the wind and a snowball fight didn't penetrate the waterproofing. When generating some heat they get a little damp inside but seem to dry quickly. I would recommend these as a great medium weight glove.

    I work in harsh winter conditions, from a snowmobile, posting signs and maintaining winter recreation ares. I need to put gloves on and take them off, a lot, throughout the day, often during snow and wet conditions. These gloves are not good for that once your hands are wet.
