    I bought these gloves as a gift for my father-in-law. He really liked them. They fit well, and looked good. They appear to have good palm coverage with anti-slip "dots." The fleece should keep him warm this winter. I have paid much more for similar gloves. I was very pleased with this purchase.

    Instructions (not in ad copy), include the warning to be very careful when taking the gloves off your hands. Evidently the liner (for warmth) can easily be pulled down off the gloves' fingers and is impossible to properly replace. I am sure that after some sport I will forget and then these gloves will be useless.

    These gloves get quite damp with sweat while skiing the uptrack in the backcountry. I bring another pair of gloves to change in to. They do take their time drying but it seems to be worth the effort since they were toasty warm on a recent sub zero sunny day. Hope they wear long too but time will tell.

    These gloves are very comfortable and warm for the first few minutes of wear. After that, my hands sweat and then get very cold. This doesn't happen with other gloves. Maybe it's because the liner of these isn't absorbent or wicking as my other gloves, or maybe it's because these aren't breathable.
