“I returned this blouse for a couple of reasons. Primarily, the cuffs didn't turn up properly; they stuck out and looked peculiar. I'm surprised that no other reviewers have commmented on this. Maybe it was only the particular blouse I received that had a problem. Anyway, I also didn't feel the blouse was flattering.”
