The size runs a bit small, I had to order a size up, other than that, it is a very nice and stylish belt.

This is a beautiful, quality belt and the sizing runs very small. I normally wear a small belt if I want to wear it around my waist and a medium for wearing with lower rise pants. I followed the advice of prior ratings and ordered a medium and it did not work for wearing lower on my hips, but was good for wearing around my waist with a little room to spare. I exchanged it for a size large and was happily surprised that the sizing is such that I can wear it lower on my hips and around my waist without it feeling too big on the waist. It's perfect! I wish all belts were sized in this way, allowing easy versatility in wearing. Would buy it in all colors if available.

The leather on this belt is beautiful - it's a real quality item. THe only problem is that it runs small - I take a M, which I ordered, but I will have to wear it on the last hole for it to fit. Order one size up.

These are gorgeous, top quality belts. I am a true size 4, though, and needed a size medium. I thought because it said "hip belt", it would be sized to go around the hip bones. (My first order I sized up and ordered the small and had to return them for the size medium). If you want these as a hip belt, order 2 sizes up. If you want it as a waist belt, order 1 size up.

Purchased to wear over blouse as accent piece. Ordered L because belt is contoured; however, the sizes run small. Better to size up.

Great belt. Goes well with jeans but could also be used for casual slacks. It would add some punch to any outfit.
