    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    Ordered a size 6 and it fits perfectly and is very flattering. I'm 5'5" 120-125#. The pattern is of a people on a beach, it's on the bias and subdued; that aspect of the fabric was not evident from the photos. Although the website says hand wash the label on the garmet says dry clean only. I have only worn as a skirt so I can't comment on the dress option.
