2.0 out of 5 stars. Not worth their retail priceVerified Buyer Reviewed by Jill from NH on Tuesday, October 23, 2012I bought these to replace a similar pair from Eddie Bauer that were too small. However, that pair retailed for under $100, had a 100% soft wool outer and a silk lining. I thought with the outrageous retail price of these pants, I would be getting a great deal with quality materials and craftsmanship. However, I should have read the specs closer - they are only ~50% wool and the lining is polyester. The materials feel cheap and scratchy.
The stretchiness and the wide, contoured waistband are nice though. The top part fit my curvy figure well (30" natural waist, 42" low hip). I almost considered keeping them because STP had such a great price, but the bottoms were HUGE! Seriously wide legs. They completely swallowed my Dankso clogs (size 7). They also would have needed to be hemmed a good 2 inches (I'm 5'3"). Not worth the effort for the sub-par materials. STP has the right idea with the bargain price, but I don't know who would have ever paid retail price for these.- Best Uses: Office
- Cons: Cheap Material, Huge Bell-bottoms
- Fit: Feels true to size
- Pros: Stylish

3.0 out of 5 stars. Audrey Talbott Stretch Tweed PantsVerified Buyer Reviewed by 3dvizwiz from Boulder, CO on Wednesday, October 12, 2011I had really hoped that these would work out for me, but even with a lining, the wool was too scratchy for comfort. The waist fit fine, and the length was good for a tall girl, so I was sad. My pair was returned.
