Audrey Talbott Sweater - Cotton-Cashmere (For Women)

I love the feel and fit of this sweater. I ordered the XS, the fit has just the right amount of ease yet is quite flattering. It is just right for three seasons. Light enough to layer well and not at all bulky. Super soft and feminine. I ordered this in 3 colors, but the lime was much too yellow for my coloring -- more like chartruese. I am short-waisted, so it may fit a bit shorter on taller torsos, which could be very sexy.

This is a nice sweater for cold SF summers. I wear it instead of a blouse--it looks reasonably dressy and is warm.

Comfortable blend and good fit. The material is lightweight, as befits a blend that is more cotton than cashmere. It is classic, can be dressed up or down. At this price, it's a good choice for spring.

I wear these sweaters under bulky sweaters. It takes the place of tees for me and looks more stylish under jackets. It is not see through, therefore I can wear it with most any pants, jeans or skirts. Wish I had more colors. The price is great.

I read the other reviews and couldn't wait to get this sweater. I bought it in 2 different colors. I took one out of the bag and knew I was in trouble when I could see my hand right through it while it was still folded! I don't know if I received the wrong item or what. I have no idea how any one could wear this. I would have had to wear a turtle neck underneath which would make the sweater look stupid. I didn't even bother opening the other color since I knew they were going back. Too bad. I had been waiting for them to go on sale and then when they came it was such a disappointment. The colors were bright and beautiful. Love 99% of the things I buy here so it won't affect how often I shop here.

I could not believe this when I opened it. You could see your hand right through it when it was still folded!! Could NOT have been more disappointed. You would have to wear another shirt under it so you wouldn't be arrested for indecent exposure. I have never seen anything this sheer. Just pathetic. The word "sweater" should NOT be used for this item!!

No really big deal, this is a pretty straightforward and simple design that comes off very well. It does everything that it should for the type of garment that it is. Looks good, feels good, should wear well. This is excellence in simplicity.

I love the feel of this sweater ... went back & ordered almost every color in my size. I don't notice baloony underarm fit (not restrictive at all), but I do wear an xs. I'm not usually a sweater person and do not like the feel of bulky sweaters. What I love about this sweater IS the thinness. It is like wearing a long sleeve T with the quality of a sweater... feels so nice on. The sweater isn't too short for me, but I'm only 5'1" ... could see how it might be too short for taller persons. However, the style these days is to wear a lace cami underneath to show below sweaters... would work great for that.

Beautiful sweater very pleasant to wear. Agree with the comment about poor underarm fit, but this is easily solved by getting a smaller size.
