It is lightweight but not too sheer. I would have no problem wearing only a bra under it. The solid sections of the weave hit at the bustline, so no peekaboo through eyelet sections, which is a good thing. I ordered size Small and I am 5'3" and weigh 125 lb.

Hand washed nicely. August Silk is great for business semi-casual wear and summer layering. The pink color really "pops."
