“I wear this over turtlenecks. It is a lightweight, attractive jacket that can be casual or dressed up. It is warm enough to wear when it gets down to the mid-teens here in Colorado. It is also able to keep me dry in light snow.
The only con is that it doesn't come in a petite size so the arms are a bit long for me. If not for that it would be perfect.”
