They just didn't work with the design. While the sweater was expected to have a snug and sleek fit, the sleeves ballooned out creating an awkward look.

Perfect for layering over sleeveless tops and dresses, especially for a dressed up occasion...the crystal looking colored buttons add some sparkle. Quality construction. Fabric on lighter side, not bulky, but should be good for spring through fall. Ordered one for myself, size XL, but the ruching on the sleeves not so becoming on someone who is overweight, although elegant on the girls. Both of my daughters need to dress up weekly and these are versatile and practical additions to there wardrobe.
