It is not floral but a houndstooth jacket. It has a belt described as leather but it seems like pleather & chintzy. Even if you switched the belt it just didn't feel comfortable

Floral? Um ... no, it's houndstooth. Nor is it precisely a "shirt-jacket" - though I see why it's described that way, since with the belt buckled it wouldn't be easy to slip on and off as a jacket, but it's much heavier than a shirt ought to be. Wear it in situations where you won't be expected to take your jacket off. Reading other reviews, I note size issues. I didn't find this too big at all - on the contrary, I normally wear an 8, and the 10 in this jacket fits wonderfully. But I have an athletic, broad-shouldered build, so that may have something to do with it. Other than shoulders, the body is roomy and cut more like jacket than shirt. I agree that the included belt is dreadful, far more cheaply made than the jacket itself. I have an easy solution to this: wear one of your own. The loops will accommodate up to a 2" leather belt; I had one that goes perfectly on hand. So: four stars for my purposes - but someone with a smaller build or who wants to toss it on and off won't find it so nice.

Belt is extremely cheap looking. Jacket is bulky. I returned the jacket.

First, why is a houndstooth pattern referred to as "floral"? In any event, this fit reasonably well, but a bit large in the body. Sleeves were a good length for a tall girl - I returned it because of the fit, and the synthetic belt, which made it quite cute, but I thought it would break prematurely.

Another STP winner. Preppy dressers to all must match, blend, or dress with style! This speaks well of the wearer~ What more can an article of clothing do for a woman?

I had high hopes for this shirt jacket but it was much more of a jacket than a shirt. It seemed a bit bulky so it was not flattering on me. I sent it back.
