Reviewed by Allen from Okinawa, Japan on Thursday, July 12, 2012Although these boots are just a shade narrow (I have a slightly wide foot), the fit isn't too tight and that is only a minor drawback. The styling, material, and color are excellent. They look great with jeans or casual work clothes. Very versatile. I'll be wearing these a lot.

I debated on getting them though, and had I not been able to get an extra 25% off the price I don't think I would have made the purchase. So thanks for the extra 25% STP! That made my decision easy. I then purchased the boots, and I am very pleased with them. I put them on and the fit seemed true to size, and fairly comfortable, with the exception that the toe seemed a little too straight. Could use a little more room on the inside toe area, and my feet are pretty straight. A little stiff, but that's to be expected for new boots with this type of sole, and they really got more comfortable as I wore them. I wore them to work at the office right out of the box. I hesitated at first thinking I possibly might regret it later in the day, but to my amazement I got home and my feet felt great and I even wore them throughout the evening, because they were feeling really good! The only thing I really worry about is the fact that they are suede. Suede leather sometimes tends to be too soft and short lived, and can break down rather quickly especially in the higher stressed areas, flex points if you will. I'm hoping this will not be the case with these boots. As far as the price, if it drops even more, I'm in for another pair. Hint hint!

I have not found them to be loose, but i would rather have them in the correct size. All in all Sierra is great i have been shopping here for years and have never once had a problem

Answer Im sorry but the insole in these is glued in. You could allways pry it out and tear it out.
