“The problem that I had with this coat was figuring out the size I needed. I had to go to the manufacturer's website to figure out what size to order since STP didn't have the sizing chart. Well, it was very misleading because it tells you to order according to length of dog from base of neck to tail. My toy poodle measures 12", so that's what I ordered. The coat did measure 12", the collar was an additional 3.5", and the neck opening was 14-15". It would have fit a Parsons terrier or a Westie, something in the 15-20+ pound range, not 5 pounds. I am hoping that the 8 will be a better fit. Otherwise, it is a very nice coat with a soft leather exterior. I love the D-ring because I can attach a leash to the coat, otherwise I have to fold the coat up to attach a leash to her harness.”
