“Thanks to the other reviews, I knew that the shearling was only on one side and that the pillow insert wasn't of great quality. Still, for the price it feels and looks great. I bought it so that I could put my lumbar support cushion in it anyway, so I didn't care about the insert. The cover is a little big for my lumbar support, but it's still a big improvement to the clinical look. Finally I can leave the cushion in the living room, and it coordinates with my decor.”
