I have a leather zero gravity chair, which is long like a lounge chair. The leather is nice, but cold in the winter and hot in the summer. I had been putting towels on it in an attempt to make it more comfortable until I saw this beautiful rug. I ordered steel and it's a beautiful medium grey color ...

I bought 3 of these double pelt runners for various pieces of furniture around the house. I chose Linen which is a beautiful neutral color. They just warm up the room and sitting on them is incredibly comfortable. So far I'm really happy about this investment, and its tempting to buy another set for upstairs.

Ordered 7 of the Auskin double pelt sheepskins in linen and they are awesome. Very clean, extremely soft, very good length for the back of a couch or end of bed and great color. A couple were longer hair than the others but equally nice. Great value and quality for the price I paid and all my family members who received these as gifts loved them as well.
Possibly a decorative rug. Maybe to lay on and play a game or watch t.v.
The fibers are too long, I believe, to function as an everyday rug.
A non slip pad may help. I have mine on a leather sofa and it does move around a lot.
I got the Ivory-o4 and it is natural...gets a bit creamier in tone as one uses it. It is very silky and beautiful.
There are brown , black , tan sheep and it is possible they all might be natural...if the hide is a natural color I think that means the pelt is not dyed.
The following is from the Auskin web site. http://www.auskin.co.nz/care.asp|Small stains and light soiling can be spot cleaned with damp cloth and mild detergent. For more thorough cleaning dry cleaning is recommended for best results. Auskin natural sheepskins may be hand or machine washed in warm water (40C/104F) using a mild liquid detergent and a gentle washing cycle.
