Auskin Sheepskin Longwool Rug - Four Pelt

I've wanted one of these for 25 years ever since I first saw them in Colorado. At this price I couldn't pass up the chance to finally own one. The dark brown looks great when laid on the leather sofa in pretty much the same color, the texture such a great contrast. Right now it's on the floor in the bedroom so I step on it getting in and out of bed every day. Such a luxury at a reasonable price. What we save on heating bills every month easily paid for this rug.

This rug is my 3rd 4 pelt sheepskin rug. I use two on my sofa and one one on the floor. I live in the cold midwest and with these I am warm as toast during the winter. Since I have 2 medium size dogs these act as dog covers for the furniture and the carpeting. No snow prints on the regular carpet. I am also able to keep the heat down in the house.

I have two of the four pelts in brown. One is a living room rug (over hardwood), which the dogs and the kids lays on. The other is over the back of the leather couch, which makes it warm and comfy. I have washed the one on the floor a few times in the summer (wet thoroughly, use dog shampoo and really work it in, rinse thoroughly, and dry in the sun for two days). The fur remains a bit kinky for a few weeks, but flattens out over time. Everyone who visits loves these rugs. I think I may start giving them as gifts.

I have arthritis and use this as a cushion over my mattress.

Bought two in dark brown for in front of two fireplaces in bedrooms. What a great addition. They are great in the ways you can imagine and so good looking. If I had more places for them, we would definately order more.

It makes the leather den sofa much more comfortable. The quality if the product is excellent. I ordered 2 matching pillows.

Perfect for the back of our(Brown) "Leather" sectional couch. I have three single chocolate pelts on the cushions and the one black four pelt over the back curve of the sectional.Pelt conformed nicely to curve with in 24 hours.Not only beautiful, but great protections from a house full of pets.Such an improvement over all the blankets I had hodge podge protecting the couch from our Boston Terrier using it as a launch pad for chasing toys and cats!I bought one to begin with and was so impressed with quality!!!Bought 3 more.Beautiful thick Sheep skin and back of pelt is finished out super. With Sierra's return policies and super pricing how can you not see & try these? I love Sierra trading wish they sold washing machines!

This rug was the perfect addition to the fir floors in our bedroom. It feels so wonderful on my bare feet when I roll out of bed. My three year old son calls it the 'sandbox' while rolling around on it and playing with his little trucks and trains. Definitely a great buy too.
