    I have a 14yr old terrier/poodle cross and she could not wait for me to put the sheepskin down. she immediately fussed with it then layed down on it. Now, if it is cold at night, she crawls underneath and goes to sleep. If she is warm enough she just lays on top. If I pick it up, she knows she is going for a ride and follows me around waiting for me to put it down.

    Actually I got them to keep the dogs off my people sheep skins since the dogs do shed on them. I throw mine in the washing machine with woolite, cold water and low heat dry with fluffers. I do have a washing machine with no agitator. I haven't tried it with these but it works fine with my other sheep skins. These are a great price.
