“I ordered a total of 3 for my 3 little ones (4,6,8 y/o); 2 out of 3 were soft & plushy, but 1 was a bit rough and felt synthetic. I returned that one and reordered 2 more - just in case 1 is rough I can again keep the softer one. My hunch was right, the reorder arrived and 1 was soft & plushy and 1 was definitely rough & synthetic-like. And so, it is a "hit & miss" whether you'll get a soft 1 or not. The ones that are soft are really nice for my kids, the all love them. I didn't give 4 or 5 stars because of trial & error experience of quality, otherwise it's good if you get the plushy ones.”
