Boots seemed really warm, a little bulky due to sherling lining. Order size up. I always wear size 8 but my toes hit top end of boot.

Verified Buyer Reviewed by Busy Lady from Buffalo on Monday, November 12, 2012The fit is not average. While the footbed is true to size, the top of leg is constricting and the movement is restrictive to slide foot in. Personally I am still keeping these and will modify them by cutting the top binding and opening the back seam, folding down the lamswool, thus creating a shorter easier to slip on boot with no binding at top:)If you are young and very able bodied with ultra thin legs they may work for you as is.
- Best Uses: Winter And Snowy Warmth
- Cons: Sizing Of Leg Too Small A, very hard to put on
- Pros: Attractive design, Great Grip Soles, Wonderful Warm Lambswool
Verified Buyer Reviewed by McHillberry from Frisco, TX on Wednesday, October 31, 2012These are my first shearling boots and while I wish they made them in half sizes, I'll live. I have worn them everyday since they arrived and once I add inserts (I have high arches) they will probably be on my feet until it rains! I am a measured 8.5 dress shoe size, wear 9.5 for my running shoes and 8 in Borns and went with 9's. Like I said a half size would have been better, but I bought both the 8 and 9 for sizing and kept the 9's. I have worn them quite a bit and they have loosened up, but I do not compromise on toe room since I run. Adding the inserts will make these more shoe like and I seriously may never take them off!
- Best Uses: Around house, Schlepping Around
- Cons: Need Inserts
- Pros: Cozy, Warm
