    I fit right into a size 16, but these pants didn't come anywhere near closing! But they are very nice, and I'm disappointed.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    I am usually a perfect size 8 and rarely go wrong with mail orders sizes. These pants were too high waist(ed) and too tight in the waist. Back they went.
