“I was happy to receive the backpack it looked very cute, had a lot of pockets, it had a lot of padding and it seemed that it could protect my electronic devices. I gave the pack 5 days of use before I judged it. It now sits on the top shelf of my closet. The straps where just to uncomfortable. They needed to be a bit wider and more sturdier. I have had a few hip surgeries and need to carry extra weight evenly which a tote does not provide. So I am always looking for cute but sturdy backpacks and this backpack just did not get a passing grade.”
