“On first appearance the bag looked like it was going to be good quality, i bought two of these for my snow boarding trip to Japan! The bags themselves are quite heavy which wasn't helpful towards my weight limit on the aircraft. However just after 2 weeks on the road traveling i had about 30 pounds of weight in each bag, i went to lift one bag using the shoulder strap and as i did the leather that was attaching the shoulder strap to the bag gave tore, and the metal clip came flying up and smacked me in the eye. No long term injury occurred, but i wasn't to impress! conclusion - I'm returning both bags, they're too heavy and unreliable!”
