“great bag, unfortunate flaw”

“Great bag. BUT, the strap broke where the d-ring is attached to the body of duffel. This was after minimal use--two or three weekend trips in a car. I would return it for an even exchange but I am concerned that the same problem would occur which could be very inconvenient depending where the breakdown happened. Fortunately I was at home. Because I like the bag, however, I may decide to have my shoe repair person devise a repair. Haven't decided yet what I will do. Because of this problem, which other reviewers experienced, I would be hesitant to recommend this duffel to a friend.”
