Australian Bag Outfitters Jackaroo Messenger Bag - Canvas, Leather Trim

Thought I would really enjoy this bag. It was a good looking bag, and seemingly well build when it came out-of-the-box. Big enough for a laptop and small enough to be comfortable when walking. However, we took it to Europe over the holidays. And, in only 11 days of use, the shoulder started to separate from the rest of the bag. It will require stitching in order to be useful again. Also, it was considered "too big" to carry into most of the museums; even when all we had in it was one guide book, a map, and my husband's scarf. It had to be checked-in at the door and picked up on exiting. I have a smaller backpack/purse which was OK to bring into the museums.

This was purchased for our daughter for an upcoming trip to Ireland. Was very pleased with the quality and materials. It is something that she will probably be using 20 years from now for travel.

I was looking everywhere for a bag that would hold my day planner, cell phone and other stuff without carrying a brief or a backpack...this is perfect. The olive and tan is a classic. It sits perfect on the back, stays out of the way, and is very accessable. The craftmanship is outstanding...I beleive this will last the rest of my life...awesome!

Bought this as a Christmas gift for a 19-year old. It remains to be seen what his reaction will be, but his little brother thought he would like it.
