    Awesome outlayer! Great wind resistance. Repels water. The spandex stretch lets you comfortably add layers underneath. I'd give it 5 stars except for the lack of side pockets - which I can live without. The chest pocket lets you carry items in the jacket if you must. I love to buy stuff made in the USA!! I already own a couple outer shells, including a Columbia I love - but now this is my favorite.

    Perfect under a heavier jacket on casual days when its really cold out. Love the fact that there aren't any pockets at the waist which would defeat the purpose for me and make the jacket too bulky to layer. This is also great for traveling, since I put my ipod in the chest pocket and dose off knowing that it is zipped up and i can sleep without dropping my stuff on the floor! Great breathability, I've worn and washed it countless amounts of times and it still looks brand new! I like the large collar since i can hide my chin in there when it gets really cold and breezy outside. All in all great value and also MADE IN USA, I love that idea.

    Great Polartec Wind Pro fabrick. No hand pockets which is ok since I will store thin gloves in the Napoleon pocket. The sleeves are slightly long which I sometimes drape over my hands but they also shrug back nicely behind wrists which is where they are most of the time. The neck is too huge. The trim is long which covers my butt. Overall, very nice for this windy city and trip back and forth to the gym. Great material for the price. I wish the neck was not so large but overall it has become my favorite jacket.
