I'm 5'9" about 135lbs and typically wear a 33"-36' leg depending on the brand, high wasted. I bought a M to be on the safe side and am ordering another pair in S because these are wonderful. Wearing the M right now in an office with a structured sweater and on first glance pass for wearing knit bla... Read More

    • Answer I am 5'4" and 108 lbs. The small fits me. They are long. I think I'd probably go for the large. Hard call.

    • Answer That is tough question, depends upon where she carries her weight. If her mid section is where most of the weight is located then I would suggest the large. As you know there is not a lot of stretch in these pants. So probably the large and if too big a tuck could always be added or exchange for the medium. My hip measurement if about 37 inches if that helps.

    • Answer I am 5'4" and 122 lbs, the medium fits me well. I have a small top and like the waist not tight. If your friend has a larger top and not a large waist line, the medium might fit. If she has a "tummy" then she might need the large.

    • Answer I'm about 5'6" and about 120 and take a small. Maybe a medium? I did find mine to be long, but still very happy

    • Answer Large! I normally wear mediums (am 5'6" and 135); had to send mediums back because they were too snug for my tastes.

    • Answer These might be too long for her. I bought the medium and am 5 foot 7, 120 pounds. Sounds like she might be a large.

    • Answer I'm 5'8" and around 140 lb. Ordered the Medium (I usually wear size 8 pants) and they fit exactly right...I haven't washed them yet, but will use cold water and air dry to be safe. Hope that helps!

    • Answer Large or even medium depending on your build. Large should be great if you have thighs.

    • Answer I have both a large and an XL and holding them up against each other they are the same size. Since you never can tell about the manufacturers, I guess I'd get the XL but a L would or should be fine.

    • Answer These are very warm pants. They are good for after alpine skiing or winter runs. They may even be too warm for xc skiing, just would depend how your body temperature runs.
