    I was a little concerned about whether this top would have a matronly look. When it arrived, I was relieved to see that it doesn't at all. The fabric is much prettier than it appears in the picture. It is lightweight but not too sheer, and has a crinkly texture. The empire design with slight gathering under the bust is very flattering.

    I really feel dressed up and pretty when I'm wearing this very lightweight and colorful shirt! It's quite versatile; I've worn it to a dinner party, a ladies' game night, and I'm planning on wearing it for Turkey day too. Its fabric is flowing and breezy; it just feels dressy, though the pattern is casual. The sleeves are slightly long, but I like them like that - it adds to the dressy aspect. Another bonus is that I washed it by hand, so I could wear it again quickly, and it dried in just a few hours!
