“As recommended I ordered one size smaller and the waist is still quite large. I pulled the skirt down lower but the stretchy fabric makes the skirt ride up. I have a small waist compared to my hip size so I do have trouble finding good fit. I regret this was another disappointment. Still, the quality and design would make this a good choice for someone with more average waist to hip proportions.”
