    I'm in my mid-fifties and this is a nice skirt for someone my age. It is not too short, nor too long. I am 5'2". The print on the skirt hides personal defects very well. As there is no actual waistband the skirt sits on top of your hips. For me that is comfortable and very forgiving. The material is summer weight and on the cheap side but for the price and look it is a keeper.

    While I really like this skirt, there seems to be a flaw in the sewing of it...I ordered one and it had odd sewing on one side, so I exchanged it for another and the same thing is present. The line of the side seam bubbles out creating an odd shape as it hangs. Other than that it is really cute and the pattern is very versatile. The fabric is cool as well for warm weather.

    I love this skirt! It's cool, for hot weather, yet gives enough coverage to cope with office air-conditioning. It's got both room and modesty enough for cycling through town. The colors are great - versatile muted tones that go with almost anything. I didn't give 5 stars because the side seams bulged oddly. This was an easy fix with a straight line of machine sewing and now it's perfect! I'd recommend ordering a size down.
