Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

LOVE THIS SKIRT except the sizing is whacko - Said it ran a size big so I Ordered a size 4 (i'm a 6) and an 8 for my daughter. the 4 was too big for me (2 sizes). The 4 AND the 8 seemed the same size and fit my daughter. Other than the size, the skirt is SO cute with the appliques
