“I am 5'3" and these are too long for me when rolled down and the "cuff mechanism" (a button and strap) make the cuffs a little funky/ flimsy. I am going to roll the cuff up 2x (@~ 2" cuff), sew it there (since the fabric is "inside out" so it will look cool), move the button down and use the little strap- THEN I think they will work really well for me (just a bit of work...) and will be regular pant length. Got it? :)”
