“As someone who was around for hiphuggers and bell-bottoms the first time, I've been perplexed by the current use of the word "classic" in describing today's pants and shorts styles. It happens that my body structure includes a waist, and pants fit me better and more consistently when they sit there, not somewhere indeterminately below. These shorts are built like a human body, and they fit, and they look just fine. Voila! They're also nicely finished and breathable.”
