No, I would not recommend this to a friend
“I like the thickness of the skirt and its strength. Yet at the same time, the folds at the hem, which e.g., in Rayon, would gracefully fall, do not fall so in this skirt. They tend to stand out a bit, stiff-like, like in a hoola-hoop skirt. I wore it once to work, and will probably wear it to work on Fridays, our dress-down day.
Perhaps if the skirt were longer it would fall OK.”
