“The hem is not stitched down for about 2" and it is frayed. Also, it flares out at the hips, which is not very flattering. I am in the middle of the BMI range for my height, so I suppose if someone is overweight, this might be an advantage. I did not return it, because of the cost for return postage, but I am not happy with the poor workmanship and the fit.”
