No, I would not recommend this to a friend
“The waist band is way too small. I'm 5'1", 100 lbs, usually an x-small, but this skirt barely fit over my hips. Otherwise, the skirt could be nice - lightweight, summer casual (the brown is not too see-through), good as a beach cover-up.”
